Description

The I 124S is a scribe marking machine that can easily be integrated into a production line. It differs from the I 63S by its wide marking window (120 mm x 60 mm). Scribing is a marking technology that is quieter than dot peening. The E10R I 124S is powerful and is therefore ideal for deep scribing on all types of material. The robust structure of the I 124s is protected against projections by stainless steel bellows and a full cowling. The machine can therefore be integrated into difficult environments and operate at high rates. The E10 is complete and powerful, and can be completed with optional supplementary boards, such as Profinet, Profibus or Ethernet IP communication boards, or axis control boards (translation or rotation). The E 10 R variant is ideal for the integrable range, due to its small size and vertical mounting, which allow it to be installed in a standard electrical cabinet. Its easy integration and programming make it very simple to use. Utilisation cost is low as no maintenance or consumables are needed.
