Sica's TRS HP model is a planetary cutting machine for cutting rigid ABS and PVC pipes in high speed extrusion lines. The tool is fully electric, and has pneumatic movements. The device also features cutting system equipped with feeler that automatically adapts itself to the surface of the pipe. This mode permits a perfect cutting or chamfering independently of pipe ovalization. This equipment is designed with an integrated electronic synchronization, and CNC control system. In addition to the automatic regulation of the carriage speed, the logic control enables "Cutting on the fly", increasing the number of possible cut to be performed and the maximum sustainable velocity. This apparatus also has a chip or dust extraction system with high output engineered with extraction power, and periodical automatic control that gives extraction efficiency.
