The TRS/C HP is a cutting machine is ideal for PP pipe cutting in a high speed extrusion line. Its movements are completely pneumatic and electric. The cutting system includes an automatically adaptable arm. Perfect cutting and chamfering is achieved without the need for pipe ovalization as the arm adapts itself to the pipe’s surface. The rotor is dynamically balanced and made for precise cutting with smooth edges, even at high speeds. Two arms are equipped with each cutting unit, one of which features a cutting disc or chamfer mill. The second arm completes the cut with a knife. High output is achieved with the dust and chip extraction system. Extraction efficiency is periodically automatically controlled. Additional features include a CNC control system and electronic synchronization. The logic control automatically regulates the carriage speed when the extrusion speed changes.
