Profile extrusion line filler and cutting unit COMBO S

The saws are designed for pulling, cutting and chamfering rigid ABS and PVC pipes with high extrusion speed. They represent a combination of 1 haul-off and 1 planetary saw (2x1 version) or of 2 haul-offs and 2 planetary saws (2x2 version for double extrusion). 2x2 version combines un upper caterpillar that can be pneumatically positioned and a lower chain caterpillar with fixed height and with high-friction. They have low-wear neutral vulcanized rubber pads. Caterpillars have the vector drive systems and continuous pulling power at different extrusion speeds. The saw is pneumatically operated and includes floating chamfer system. The saws have an integrated chip and dust extraction system with very high output and periodical automatic control of the extraction efficiency. The constructed cutting units can synchronize automatically in combination with the haul-offs' speed. During the high extrusion speeds, short pipes can manage very high productivity. Universal clamps are also available. The clamps combined with rubber pad guarantees effective and even grip on pipes. They permit holding all workable diameters in the machine's range without any need for operator intervention.
