Automatic devices for inserting pressure rings in the socket’s ring seat on smooth compact PVC-U, PP and HDPE pipe. The machines are designed for an automatic integrated work cycle with Everbell 1-2-3 160 and Everbell3 200 belling machines. Advantages and key features: Single or double-wedge inserting systems. Single tool with single or double wedge for each diameter capable of maintaining the maximum productivity of the belling machines (up to 1000 sockets/h for the Everbell3), reduced overall dimensions, and easier and faster tool change. Ring storage with rods for low operator intervention. Automatic ring lubrication system that facilitates gasket insertion. Quick tool change. No machine adjustments required when pipe diameter and ring type are changed. The final product is complete with gasket, hence reducing labour costs. The Masterfit XL ring fitting unit features high-capacity storage that enables the machine to operate independently from 72 minutes (DN50) up to 8 hours (DN160) with an uninterrupted work cycle and no need for reloading, 90 minutes for DN32 ring. Quick and simple ring loading ensures reduced cycle times.
