SICA has developed premier machines for pulling and pneumatic planetary cutting of rigid HD-PE and PP-R pipes without material extraction. These provide high productivity of short pipes even at high extrusion speeds and showcase combination of 1 haul-off and 1 planetary saw (2x1 version) or 2x2 version for double extrusion, haul-off having 2 caterpillars with pneumatically positioned pivoting upper caterpillar, height-adjustable lower caterpillar with high friction chain and low-wear neutral vulcanized rubber pad. Also featured are caterpillar vector drive systems, constant pulling power and electronic synchronization of cutting units with haul-offs' speed. Optional universal clamps are also available alongwith multiple-armed clamps having rubber pads.
