The Everbell range of belling machines are designed to deliver excellent single or multiple socketing procedures for high rigidity PP and PE pipes. The machines feature the high tech PSP system- Permanent Socket Profile, which is an international Sica patented system. The PSP system delivers a host of advantages in socketing processes. It enables the formation of sockets that are internally calibrated. The formed sockets display zero shrinkage even when exposed to harsh and extreme atmospheric conditions for long durations. The machines are equipped with an efficient and high productivity forming system which allows the formation of multi-layered or compactly sized pipes. A heating system built into the machines incorporates two contact ovens and three heat-regulated areas to ensure even heating of pipes, even thick-walled ones. Augmented models are available which provide higher levels of output if required. The H models provide additional features such as an IR-SW i.e. short infrared oven and cooling of sockets through pre-cooled air circulated via an internal cooling cycle. D models provide the additional features of dual socketing in order to deliver exponentially higher output rates and fast turnaround time. These models are suitable for small to medium diameter pipes. The machines can bell pipes of varying lengths in the range of 0.5 to 6 m. Certain versions provide belling for 12 m lengths too.
