AVS series power supply module is a non-isolated DC-DC power supply module, which consists of a power module (NDD12555-P1) and a control module (NDD12S55-C1 ). AVS power supply has a very small output ripple and good dynamic characteristics. It supports PMBus communication, and can report power supply working information, such as: input voltage, output voltage, output current, alarm information, etc. It is mainly used in server/network/computing equipment to supply power to XPU/ARM/ASIC and other high-current processors. Features • Maximum 800A steady state current output to meet the power supply requirements of Al, HPC and other high performance computing • Highly integrated, DRMOS, inductor, resistor and capacitor in one integrated design • 3.7mm thin, can be placed underneath the processor cooler for simple thermal design • Adopts PID+fast phase adjustment+phase equalisation algorithm to provide ultra-fast transient response and improve power supply stability. • Low response overshoot, less voltage fluctuation, reduced rear stage capacitor configuration • Can be laid out close to the processor with low power distribution losses
