Silicon carbide sealing ring

Pressureless sintered of silicon carbide in high purity and ultrafine silicon carbide powder as raw material, add a small amount of sintering additives at 2100 0 C high temperature sintering vacuum environment, the products obtained almost entirely density, excellent mechanical plopelties of ceramic materials. It can be used in the high concentrations of acid or alkali medium. This material is widely application in mechanical seal face, valve bearing and oil, chemical industry, aerospace, automotive and other fields. They have the property of excellent resistant-corrosion, high mechanical strength, high thermal conductivity, good self-lubrication, used as seal faces, bearings and tubes in spacecraft, machinery, metallurgy, printing and dyeing, food stuff, phannaceutical, auto industry and so on. Wllen the sic faces are combined with graphite faces the friction is the smallest and they can be made into mechanical seals which are able to work in highest working requirements. The mechanical seal ring is made of rotating seal ling, stationaly seal ling, Spring,mbber seal ring and steel jacket.The main material can chose SSiC,RBSiC,TC,graphic or ceramics for seal ling. It will be used mainly for waste water pump,water discharge pumpffor the mines, centrifugal pump,centrifuge,slag slurly pump and sluny pump in the adverse working conditions of high speed rotation,sand flush abrasion and comosion.The seal ring will be installed on the pump body and rotating axle,and forms through the end face of rotating and stationary a liquid or gas seal.
