TL-2 combustion furnace comprises 8 components: natural gas igniter + internal reservoir + insulating container + blower + fresh air valve + waste heat recovery device + dehumidifying blower + regulator system. It is specifically crafted to support downward airflow drying chambers/heating spaces. Upon complete combustion of the natural gas within the internal reservoir, it is mingled with recycled or fresh air, and under the influence of the blower, it is released from the upper outlet into the drying chamber or heating area. Subsequently, the cooled air passes through the lower air outlet for secondary heating and continuous circulation. When the humidity of the circulating air meets the emission standard, the dehumidifying blower and fresh air valve will start simultaneously. The expelled moisture and fresh air undergo adequate heat exchange in the waste heat recovery device, enabling the discharged moisture and the fresh air, now with recovered heat, to enter the circulation system.
