The ZL-3 steam air heater includes nine components: fin tube of steel-aluminum + electrical steam valve + waste valve + heat preservation box + ventilator + Fresh air valve + waste heat regeneration device + dehumidification ventilator + electrical control system. It is purposefully engineered for supporting downward air flow drying room/heating rooms. Following the conversion of outside steam heat to heat within the preservation box by the fin tube, it is blended with recycled or fresh air, and, driven by the ventilator, it is expelled from the upper outlet into the drying room or heating area. Subsequently, cooled air passes through the lower air outlet for supplementary heating and continual circulation. Once the moisture content of the circulating air reaches the discharge standard, the dehumidification ventilator and fresh air valve will commence concurrently. The dispelled moisture and fresh air undergo ample heat exchange in the waste heat regeneration device, allowing for the discharge of moisture and the introduction of fresh air with recovered heat into the circulation system.
