The double-drum dryer is developed to completely replace the drying bed and partially replace the mesh belt dryer. Due to the realization of energy recycling, it reduces more than half of the fuel consumption, changes the material from static to dynamic tumbling, can greatly improve the drying efficiency, ensure the uniformity of drying, and realize unmanned operation, reducing labor costs;
The dryer is divided into forward and reverse operation. When it is forward, the material enters the warehouse smoothly through the hopper and continues to tumble in the drum. When the material is dried, the drum flips over to unload the material, which is simple and convenient;
The dehumidification fan is controlled by the humidity probe. When the humidity in the drum reaches the dehumidification set value, the fan is turned on and the moisture is discharged. At the same time, the new air valve is opened to add fresh air;
When the temperature probe detects that the temperature in the drying room reaches the set value, the burner turns to low fire. When the temperature is lower than the lower limit of the set value, the combustion fan starts and heats again, and the temperature control is accurate;
The hot air system can also choose air energy heat pump, pure electricity, steam, natural gas, coal and wood, etc.
