Description

Permanent magnet generator designed for hydroelectric applications. They are extremely robust in order to be coupled directly to the turbine, “Direct-Drive” solution, eliminating the kinematic chain and reducing maintenance. Available in various sizes with powers from 10 up to 3000 kW and above. They can be connected directly to the grid, DOL solution, or connected to inverter, VFD solution. They are low voltage, up to 1000V They can be cooled by water, air or completely submerged. Degrees of protection from IP54 up to IP68.
