Description

Hydraulic press designed for sheet metal stamping and deformation. The PSQ hydraulic press is equipped with an upper mobile plane that runs along 4 columns, guaranteeing excellent parallelism during the molding phases. The mobile upper platen and the lower fixed platen are supplied with T-shaped grooves which allow the moulds to be fixed. The electro-hydraulic press is equipped with side fixed protection nets and a rear one for a completely safe use of the workshop press. The electrical lectern panel, as well as the hydraulic unit are separate from the hydraulic press. The approach speed of the hydraulic cylinder is below 30 mm/sec. The PSQ hydraulic press is available only in the automatic version with operation through the simultaneous use of double buttons. It is equipped with cylinder limit switches and provides for the automatic raising of the work surface. The installation of the Siemens PLC and Rexroth solenoid valves are also standard. Accessories: – Front photoelectric barriers – Digital control with Siemens display – Predisposition for “Industry 4.0” - Timer - Piece counter – Air/oil heat exchanger with decompression valve – Decompression valve – Pressure switch
