Another two new hydraulic stamping presses have been completed and are ready to reach their final destination.
These are a 2-column hydraulic workshop press, model PST 70 A, and a 40 ton c-frame press, model PCL 40 A.
Both are equipped with a timer, which allows you to manually adjust how long the hydraulic cylinder must remain in contact with the lower table. This feature is particularly important in the stamping of sheet metal or other materials, because it allows the workpiece to be deformed and gradually yield over a predetermined period of time.
Combined with the timer, the pressure switch which regulates the maximum working pressure is usually always mounted.
Both hydraulic molding presses are equipped with end-of-stroke sensors to be able to adjust the highest and lowest points of the cylinder stroke.
At the customer's request they were painted light blue.
