The production of two hydraulic presses with double columns for the straightening and deformation of pipes has just been completed. These machines develop a power of 150 tons and are equipped with a special vertically sliding metal protection. During the pressing phases, these protections remain lowered and if they were raised during the descent of the main cylinder, the electro-hydraulic press would immediately stop working. These PFC 150 presses have also been equipped with a fully milled lower bed bolted to the press frame. Furthermore, a special punch has been created based on the customer's design which will be used to deform the sheet metal and tubes by the operators. In addition, we have installed two spotlights on the columns of the hydraulic press which illuminate the work area and therefore make it easier to monitor the work carried out. Both workshop presses are equipped with digital control with cylinder stroke reading with encoder and pressure transducer.
