The monobloc hydraulic workshop press, model PFC 100, is the ideal press for carrying out various processes within any mechanical workshop.
It can be used for mounting bearings, bolts, for carrying out metal stamping and deformation work or for straightening sheet metal.
Furthermore, it can be equipped on request with equipment suitable for removing solid tires from forklifts.
The frame of the monobloc hydraulic workshop press is made of fully welded milled steel and this, together with the fact that the structure of the press is monolithic, makes this model extremely solid and resistant to even the most severe mechanical stress. The PFC hydraulic press is therefore suitable for intensive use both in mechanical workshops and in the production cycles of industrial plants.
The large front opening allows you to easily place long or wide pieces.
The work surface of the PFC hydraulic workshop press is hollow and this allows the material to be processed at height. The work support table is available as optional equipment.
The PFC 100 version develops a maximum pressure of 100 tons and a cylinder stroke of 500mm.
The approach speed of the hydraulic piston is 25 mm/sec and a working speed of 2 mm/sec.
This press can be further equipped with end-of-stroke sensors to regulate the ascent and descent of the cylinder and with V-shaped prisms that serve as a support for straightening pipes or metal profiles.
