Two new hydraulic workshop presses with metal guards are ready to be shipped. These are two 40-ton presses that will be used in mechanical workshops of aerospace factories for the production of airplanes. The machines are equipped with protective grilles on all 4 sides to guarantee total working safety for operators. The grille at the front of the hydraulic press can be opened and is equipped with microswitches, which immediately block the press if the grille is opened during machine operation. The presses have a lower table of 850x900mm with 10 T-slots with a center distance of 50mm for fixing the molds. The table is height adjustable and its lifting occurs via a chain to be connected to the main cylinder. The hydraulic motor has a power of 4 kW with a cylinder approach speed of 25 mm/sec and a working speed of 4 mm/sec. The press is operated through the simultaneous use of the lever and the button. These two hydraulic workshop presses with metal guards have the control units installed in a symmetrical position, as they are intended to be installed one behind the other.
