Description

Two-post hydraulic press for fast molding, suitable for the cold deformation of sheet metal with an approach speed of the hydraulic cylinder up to 125 mm/sec. The MST hydraulic press is equipped with a mobile upper platen, which slides along 4 guides and a fixed lower platen, which is bolted to the monolithic structure of the press. Both tables are equipped with T-slots which allow a quick and easy fixing of the moulds. The stroke of the hydraulic cylinder is 500mm, while the gap between the two work surfaces is 600mm. The MST electro-hydraulic press is equipped with a Rexroth hydraulic power unit with monitored solenoid valves. Other standard equipment is as follows: – Siemens CPU for quota setting - Cylinder adjustment with limit switches – Automatic movement controls using double buttons – Air/oil heat exchanger – Pressure switch – Rear protective metal mesh. – CE Certificate of Conformity – “Annex IV”
