EKO DIAP B 125 (COVERS FOR MALL AREAS) is a ductile iron (500-7/GJS 500-7 ISO 1083 (1987) / EN 1563) manhole cover compliant with EN 124 and with the product quality brand, issued by an independent certification body. Main parts: - Square cover, designed with anti-slip surface and a slot for lifting with a crowbar or a pickaxe. - Square base frame with a "U" section designed to create a siphon with the bottom edge of the cover making an odorless system when filled with a mixture of grease and sand. The base has a wider area on the four corners to ensure adherence and stability on the manhole. All parts are coated with water-soluble protective paint. All components of the access cover have casted markings, positioned to remain visible after installation: - Standard reference (UNI-EN 124 or EN 124); - Class B 125; - Name or logo of the manufacturer; - Place of manufacture (may be a code registered with the certifying body); - Product quality label, issued by an independent certification body, to guarantee the characteristics declared by the manufacturer. This product comes with the following technical documents: - ISO 9001 certificate with indication of the manufacturing place. - Product quality certificate issued according to EN 124 standard. On request we can provide: - Report of the mechanical tests (load bearing capacity test – permanent set test) run on the product according to the provisions of EN 124 standard - Section 8; - Chemical analysis and mechanical tests performed on ductile iron according to ISO 1083 or EN1563 for grading 500-7/GJS 500-7.
