Dust extraction system

Centralized Extraction Systems for welding plants and Machine Tools Engineering Dept. designs and installs centralized suction systems for the localized suction and collection of smoke and dust in welding booths or in the areas dedicated to welding. Centralized suction systems are dimensioned, according to existing regulatory requirements, on welding, grinding and scarfing applications. The typical configuration (total airflow, number of welding stations) is tailored according to Customer’s requirements as well as to the production lay-out. Collection systems can be integrated, such as: • Fixed suction arms from 3 up to 7 mt  • Movable suction arms on conduits  • Reeling drums  • Suction hoods  • Fixed welding and deburring benches  • Robot cells Automatic detectors allow optimizing the electric and pneumatic consumptions of the plant according to actual working requirements.
