Suspension control screening machine The SKS control screen safely removes foreign objects like bolts, paper towels, rags, or undissolved agglomerates from suspensions. It comes as a closed system, allowing control screening of highly viscous products under pressure or those containing solvents without any vapor release. Main area of use for this machine is control screening prior to packaging, loading or further handling, of products in the building, paint, chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. This suspension control screen features a stainless steel container that can withstand up to 5 bar pressure. Two maintenance-free eccentric motors are attached to the container, producing linear vibrations to clean marginal particles from the slotted basket. No additional mechanical cleaning of the basket is needed. Changing the basket is simple; just loosen the flange connection, and it can be removed without tools.
