These new high-sustainable systems, presented by SIEL in 2010 in co-operation with two Italian leading Companies, enable the production of both hot water and electrical power, with a total conversion efficiency of 86%, with up to 50% less CO2 emissions and with up to 40% less fuel consumption than traditional gas systems.
SIEL fuel cell and micro-cogeneration-compatible inverters are maximally efficient and reliable, user friendly and easy to install within the standard technical spaces available in every house, thanks to their small size and weight.
In 2010, with its SIAC brand, SIEL has participated in the first projects based on these new technologies, namely “IESystem” - suitable for single flats and based on thermal and PV solar technologies - and “Sidera30”, the fuel cell civil micro-cogeneration for jointly-owned building structures.
