Innomotics HV C air-cooled is an ultra-compact, extremely reliable high voltage motor for non-hazardous areas, including Ex zones 2 and 22 (Ex ec and Ex tc), with a power density 10-15 % higher than other motors in the same size. The innovative rib and tube cooling concept, as well as a vibration-optimized design concept enable flexible integration into various plants and industry applications. • The highly flexible motor design of Innomotics HV C air-cooled allows for project-specific adaption to customer interfaces (e.g. variable junction box position), enables simplified installation and increased flexibility in plants and systems. • The innovative cooling concept enables a compact and lightweight motor design (optimized by FEM analysis) that increases power by up to 15 % and extends component life without changing overall size. • The Innomotics HV C air-cooled impresses with the vibration-optimized design of the motor, the cable routing inside the motor and the compact, service-optimized terminal box with many possible positions. • A uniform platform design for compact, air-cooled motors with or without explosion protection reduces costs over the entire life cycle – from planning and procurement, through engineering and plant integration, to service, warehousing and spare parts management. • The Innomotics HV C air-cooled extend the range beyond existing flameproof and water-cooled versions.
