The RUGGEDCOM RX1400 is a multi-protocol intelligent node that eliminates the need for extensive communication infrastructure by combining Ethernet switching, cellular (3G and 4G LTE), wireless LAN, routing, application hosting and firewall functionalities in one. It is equipped with an internal power supply and operates reliably in an extended temperature range of -40° C to +85° C without requiring internal fans for cooling. This industrial router supports high-speed fiber and cellular connectivity for backhaul. Furthermore, it ensures maximum network availability with dual micro-SIM capability for carrier redundancy or diversity, making the RX1400 ideal for network redundancy applications. It can optionally also support Wireless LAN 802.11 a/b/g/n interface (Access Point/ Client)
