The HB1 is an advanced generator switchgear designed to protect generators and power transformers. It increases power plant reliability, simplifies operation, and lower costs. It handles currents up to 6,700 A and has a short-circuit rating of up to 72 kA. This system features an air-insulated, metal-enclosed design, integrating a vacuum generator circuit-breaker, main-disconnector, earthing switch, current and voltage transformers, surge arresters, and capacitors.
