Belt weigher Milltronics WD600

Designed for load-out control and process in manufacturing environments including tobacco, chemical and food industries, this light-to medium-duty belt slider belt scale developed by Milltronics WD600 adapts well with the Siemens integrator and flat belt conveyors. Force is exerted as material travels over the conveyor belt and over the belt scale. This force corresponds with the material load via the free falling weighbridge to the load cells. The Milltronics WD600 only addresses the vertical part of the applied force. The strain gauges sense the movement in each load cell. When these gauges are a surge of voltage from the electronic integrator, they initiate an electronic indicator that corresponds with the weight, which is then patched with the integrator. The structure of the load cellmount is fitted with a positive overload stop, which limits the vertical movement of the load cells.
