Description

UNIT OF LINEAR DISPLACEMENT TRANSMISSION BY BALLSCREW The displacement units of the range 65 are rectilinear displacement units guided on rails and pads which allow strokes with amplitudes of between 100 and 2800 mm. Main technical data: Built on the basis of extruded aluminum. Guiding is provided by an integrated rail size 15 On this rail moves a carriage mounted on two ball pads with scraper seals, each having four recycling ball circuits. The coefficient of friction is low and constant. A 24VDC power failure brake can be fitted as an option. These axes can be mounted in XY table. Stepper or Brushless motors can be mounted on this shaft range. SGLT version (Ballscrew drive) Travel speeds can be up to 600 mm / sec and acceleration up to 1.5 m / s2. Repetability in mm: 0.005 The transmission of the movement is ensured by ball screws with a pitch of 2-4-5 or 12.7 depending on the desired speed performance. End stops can be adjusted using proximity switches. The protection of the guiding and transmission system is ensured by a static PU protective membrane, particularly resistant to water, grease, hydrocarbons and many solvents.
