Description

LINEAR DISPLACEMENT UNIT BELT TRANSMISSION The displacement units of the range 65 are rectilinear displacement units guided on rails and pads which allow strokes with amplitudes of between 100 and 5800 mm. Main technical data: Built on the basis of extruded aluminum. Guiding is provided by an integrated rail size 15. On this rail moves a carriage mounted on two ball pads with scraper seals, each having four recycling ball circuits. The coefficient of friction is low and constant. A 24VDC power failure brake can be fitted as an option. Stepper or Brushless motors can be mounted on this axis range. SGRT Version (Belt Training) Travel speeds can be up to 2000 mm / sec and acceleration up to 10 m / s2 Repetability resolution in mm: 0.2 The transmission of the movement is ensured by toothed belt 24 AT 5 of a development of 80 mm per revolution. End stops can be adjusted using proximity switches The guiding and transmission system is protected by the drive belt, which is particularly resistant to water, grease, hydrocarbons and many solvents. These axes can be mounted in XY table.
