Description

LINEAR DISPLACEMENT UNIT WITH DOUBLE GUIDANCE The displacement units of the range 95 are rectilinear displacement units with double guiding on rails and pads which allow strokes with amplitudes between 100 and 1300 mm. Construction based on a machined outsole. Double guidance is provided by two integrated miniature size 12 rails. On these rails moves a carriage mounted on four ball pads with scraper seals, each having two recycling ball circuits. The coefficient of friction is low and constant. A 24VDC power failure brake can be fitted as an option. Stepper motors or Brushless motors can be mounted on this axis range, via an in-line assembly or by reference. Displacement speeds up to 300mm / sec. Repetability in mm: up to 0.002 The transmission of the movement is ensured either by a belt or by ballscrews with a pitch of 2-4-5 or 12.7 depending on the desired speed performance. Limit stops on proximity switches are integrated. The protection of the guiding and transmission system is ensured by a stainless steel static housing and a static PU protective membrane, particularly resistant to water, grease, hydrocarbons and many solvents. These axes are intended to be mounted in XY table.
