Description

Suitable for outdoor use - closed system (IP65) completely stainless steel - high quality industrial design without electrical auxiliary energy vibration resistant due to high-viscosity silicone filling SIKA Diesel engine dial thermometers are the optimum solution for local temperature measurement of liquids and gases on large diesel engines, e.g. for ship propulsion or in the diesel power generator sector. Depending on the display range, they are suitable for measuring exhaust gas, cooling water, lubricating oil or charge air temperatures. They have a long service life and do not require external power supply. Dial thermometers of types 6312 to 1372 are local thermometers with cramped-on ring case. Casing and immersion tube are made of stainless steel. All devices comply with EN 13190 and meet class 1. The devices are available in nominal sizes 63, 80 and 100 mm. The cramped casings are permanently sealed (IP65) and are filled with silicone oil as standard to protect against vibrations. Diesel engine dial thermometers are equipped with smooth immersion tube and movable compression fitting with G½ or G¾ male thread. The standard immersion tube diameter is 10 mm (NG 63) and 12 mm (NG 80 and 100). For NG 80 and 100, 13 mm is optionally available at no extra charge. The immersion tube in sheathed sensor design is optimised for heavy-duty use. On request, we can supply matching solid protection tubes for the thermometers.
