The SIL12 winding machine is designed to produce wire-type windings with the radial system for cast-resin transformers. It is suitable for transformers with a maximum capacity of 1250 KVA at 24KV. RADIAL WINDING / OPERATING PRINCIPLE The turns of the winding are preformed by a variable-geometry capstan which produces concentric coils.
