The SIL12 winding machine is designed to produce wire-type windings with the radial system for cast-resin transformers.
It is suitable for transformers with a maximum capacity of 1250 KVA at 24KV.
RADIAL WINDING / OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The turns of the winding are preformed by a variable-geometry capstan which produces concentric coils.
The capstan is placed in the upper position and frees the turns, which by the force of gravity settle at the lower level, gradually forming layers that grow following the Y axis.
• Drastic reduction of winding times
• Greater thermal dissipation
• Low level of partial discharge
