Description

Cartridge heaters are modern, highly proficient heating elements with a special construction enabling significant heat emission from a small surface. Relatively small size and single-sided connection enable the heater installation within a small space. The cartridge heaters are primarily used for warming solid bodies. Most frequently, the heaters are inserted within metal elements, however they are equally suitable for warming fluids (water, oil, emulsion) or even gases. Application: plastic industry: hot runner molds, mouthpieces and injection molding nozzles, stamps for embossing, sealing in packaging machines, footwear industry: vulcanizing presses, mold heaters, extruder foundry: core and die heaters, vacuum furnaces, medical and laboratory technology: distilling devices, oil heaters, solder baths, inhalation devices and sterilization, wood industry: punches for burning, lacquer and paint atomizers, general machine construction, automotive industry.
