Description

The TP series includes 3 models, designed to meet a wide range of work needs, and with the purchase of each machine, a two-year warranty on all mechanical components is included. • Two special steel blades already mounted on the machine; • Feedback, essential for fixing the bar on the work surface, allowing the effort exerted on the bar to be relieved at the point before the bend, thus avoiding possible rebar deformation. Usable with diameters up to 20mm; • Square pin, to be used together with the feedback, to counteract and nullify the effort exerted on the feedback by the bending; • Special cemented and hardened steel stirrup bending pin, to be positioned on the rotating plate, for stirrup production, as it allows for tight bending radii. To be used with bars up to Ø 12mm; • Three bush-holding pins in special cemented and hardened steel, to be positioned on the work surface and to be completed with bushes. They support, along with the bushes, the effort resulting from the bending phase; • Set of bushes, meticulously designed for each of the bending machine models. The radius of the bush positioned on the central hole of the plate is equivalent to the bending radius. For the use of bars from Ø 15mm onwards, it is important that the bush diameter is at least 3 times that of the bar to be bent. The bushes are also used as thickness for the bending bush-holding pin, in cases where the • bar alignment is ineffective. The rebar is thus blocked, but the rotation of the bush on the pin allows the bar to slide during the bend, thus avoiding possible chafing; • Two pegs, to be positioned on the plate to determine the bending angle;
