Simpro MegaDumper is a heavy duty bin lifter. It has been specifically developed for tipping 660 and 1100 litre bins. It is capable of tipping to any height in the range of 700mm to 5 metres and even more. The lifter can optionally include cradles, which can simultaneously cater to 60, 80, 120, 140, 240, 660, and 1100 litre bins. The cradles do not require any clamping. They have an easy holding system, which does not need any operator input. It can handle up to 750kg weight. For lighter bins with maximum capacity of 300kg, customers should check the Dumpmaster Wide. Standard delivery includes a full-cage guarding. The guarding features a door of swing-up type. The door lock - operated by solenoid - avoids all moving parts access while machine is running. Also, while the door is open the machine cannot move. It is possible to specify a machine that is compliant with category-3 safety needs. This will include a double-door lock mechanism, an integrated electronic evaluation device and a broad range of extra guarding panels. Power supply can be 1-phase, 3-phase or from battery.
