Feature:
The extruder machine is applied for plastic extrusion, through the hopper into the barrel, the material goes into the mould through the screw's transmission, compression, mixing and measurement. The material of screw and barrel is 38CrMoAlA, after quenching , tempering and nitrogen treatment.
We provide and custom made 25/30/45 Mini Small Laboratory single&twin screw extruder ,which are mainly used for Laboratory testing,or making small PP/PE/ABS/PC/PVC plastic products.
