Description

2 roll rubber mixing mill can be adopted to masticate and knead different kinds of rubber, such as synthetic, natural, EVA or PVC pellets with several chemicals. This mixing mill is therefore highly demanded in rubber product factories. Application: Plastic open 2 roll mixing mill. Apart from rubber industry, it is also demanded in plastic industry for polymer mixing, like PVC, color master batch. It comprises roll, bearing, safety device, gap adjusting device, electric control system, etc. Feature: Construction of mill rolls requires bored roll, drilled roll and grooved roll. Speed ration can be designed as per formula and processing requirements of customers. The welded frame, frame cap and base are annealing treated to relieve stress. Rolls are made of chilled cast alloy iron with hardness up to 70HB. Personnel and equipment are protected by brake and emergency stop device. This machine features an auto feeding oil or grease lubrication for its easier maintenance and parts protection. The control system ensures safety of operator. The user can select either manual or electric method pf adjusting roll nip. Intelligent Control Panel and PLC Control System: Real-time data record and export information, such as kneading time, temperature of mixing chamber and front/rear rotors, current, torque, RAM pressure and recipe code. It is possible to use the control system to set up to 20 mixing steps in order to save 20 recipe spaces. The control system can remotely import the process recipe, monitor data and communicate with MES via Ethernet communication interface.
