The LOAD SAFE series of load limiters is designed to avoid accidents and breakdowns due to overloads in overhead electric travelling cranes, cranes, winches, hoists, lifting equipment or any other mechanism using traction by cable and where ir required to limit a maximum tension. There are two versions of load limiter: the electronic one with a load cell and an electronic control board and the mechanic with faster installation. The parameters of the electronic load limiter may be adjusted by the user through the three frontal push buttons. (SI, S2 and S3). These frontal push buttons allow configuring the equipment in weigh-in, calibration and programming parameters mode. The electronic load limiter provides the possibility of interconnect up to 9 limiters by digital bus RS485 in order to obtain a system of remote limiters, with the possibility of configuring the limits with any reading weight from the limiters system satisfying the special applications requirements. The mechanic load limiter is a safe and inexpensive system and, thanks to its design, does not need any type of maintenance. It is supplied adjusted to the load limit as required.
