Description

Microsonic US 150 is the ultrasonic portable generator of the US 150 series. It is able to weld and assemble plastic pieces of small dimensions. This can include riveting, little insets insertion and welding of really small pieces. The series is really easy to use and it has an equally easy digital generator that has a backlight display and a keyboard, where required parameters maybe entered. The vibration amplitude and the length can be controlled. The transducer, in an anodized aluminium carter, has a level switch to start the ultrasonic welding cycle. The transducer weight and dimensions are limited. The US 150's power is 150 watt, frequency is 36 to 39 KHz and the supply voltage is 230V at 50 Hz. ITALIAN QUALITY
