The CF12 series is a line of thermal dispersion flow switches. It is designed to monitor the flow status of liquids and gases. A visual indication of the flow status of the switch comes in the form of a series of 8 LED's. Two red LED's tell whether the unit has detected a flow, a yellow LED shows the set point, and five green LED's indicate the amount of flow beyond the unit's set point. Included in the device is a red/green LED which shows the switch point status of the unit.
A 316 stainless steel is used to connect the sensing element and the CF12. Available in either glass-filled nylon or aluminum enclosures, all models can also be ordered with a variety of process connections.
