Developed in cooperation, the robot-assisted filling system robocell combines the best of two worlds: Patented filling technology from SKAN and state-of-the-art robot technology by groninger. This development project sets new standards in filling technology. Automated processes and the use of format-less robots enable smooth and fast RTU packaging processing of vials, syringes and cylindrical ampoules in any batch size. Due to its modular concept, robocell is therefore suitable for any type of aseptic and toxic production and offers maximum flexibility.

Shortest set-up times
robocell is designed based on a completely new approach to create a highly flexible and safe process. The robots, developed by groninger, operate completely formatless and enable a software-based format change in just a few minutes. As a result, shortest possible set-up times are possible, whereby the highest OEE values are achieved in a segment comparison.
Increased safety
By eliminating the need for human intervention, the gloveless plant creates a new level of safety. robocell also breaks new ground in terms of cleaning, sterilization and decontamination. The consistent adaptation of all components indirectly and directly in contact with the product enable maximum safety during aseptic transfer as well as the entire process.
