The SKF ProFlex is a lubrication system which is integrated with a feed pump, a device that controls the flow and distributes a specific volume of lubricant into each outlet. It is suited to perform up to 150 lubrication points together with the oil or grease with the help of parallel flow limiters. It can operate up to more than 1.000 points. Moreover, it includes a wide range of other features such as segmental or modular structure with 2 to 20 outlets, flow rates of 0.01 up to 6.000 cm³/min, and system pressures ranging as high as 300 bar. It has one independent metering piston to manage on a regular basis. These are used for various applications such as in construction machines, printing industry and wind turbines.
