Description

High Extraction Magnetic Filter(HEMF) is suitable use for processing fine particle materials, especially purification of the non-metal mineral, remove magnetic particle(iron ore, Titanic iron ore), such as feldspar, quartz, kaolin, nepheline, flourite, etc.. Currently, it is widely supply for feldspar, quartz, and kaolin(China Clay) washing plant, which mainly removes iron ore and improves both product whiteness and quality. Special design for matrix could achieve capture mags accurately; The maximum background magnetic field : 1.8T; PLC full automatic control system; Discharge method: combined with high pressure water flushing and high pressure air flushing, and matrix is not easy to block; The wide range of the processing particle size is 40-400 mesh. How does it work? The one working period will be completed in following steps: 1.After the direct current flows through the coil, the induced magnetic field will be generated in the separating zone, and the high gradient magnetic field will be generated on the surface of matrix; 2.By the power of slurry pump equipped with frequency control motor, the slurry will pass through the bottom of the feeding pipe to the lower yoke, and then down into the matrix area in the separating zone; 3. Its magnetic particles will be adsorbed in the surface. Its non-magnetic particles will directly cross over the matrix, and then go through the gap of the upper yoke to drain off from the exit of the concentrate;
