SLon-100 Cyclic Pulsating High Gradient Magnetic Separator (CPHGMS) is cyclic working and widely used in universities and research institutes. It’s suitable for doing small batch tests in the lab or making a little ore product in a batch .The primary flowsheet will be confirmed by the batch test.

How does it work?
SLon-CPHGMS mainly consists of the magnetic pole, magnetic yoke, energizing coil, magnetic matrixs and pulsating mechanism.
When we start the machine , a high magnetic field is built up in the separation zone, and then the matrix is magnetized and a high gradient magnetic field is formed on its surface. When 30% solidity slurry pass through the magnetic pole, magnetic particles will be captured by the matrix and nonmagnetic particles will be dragged out through the matrix pile. So the magnetic particles and nonmagnetic particles will be separated.
