Description

The SOM-MS-180150M is a microscope stage with electromagnetic drives. With 121 mm on the X-axis and 101 mm on the Y-axis, the SOM-MS-180150M offers a large enough travel range to enable working with sample holders such as multiwell plates, petri dishes or glass slides. Based on the technology of our MLS direct-drives, the SOM-MS-180150M offers nanometer-level precision and highest closed-loop repeatability. The stage has a length of 300 mm, a width 230 mm, and a height of 35 mm. Despite its compact size the stage is designed for inverted microscopes.
