The SmartTEH Automated Container Loading System with Moving Floor is an advanced, efficient solution for loading into containers or trucks. It features a robust loading plate, adjustable legs suitable for different trailer heights, a multifunctional gate, and container connector clamps. Powered by an electric and hydraulic gear motor, the system is operated through a specially designed control program for ease of use. It's particularly beneficial in reducing product damage, transportation, and labor costs while ensuring full cargo space utilization. Ideal for wood processing, metalworking, and logistics industries, it guarantees quick, safe, and damage-free loading. HOW IT WORKS: 1. The semitrailer with the container is hydraulically attached to the system. 2. The operator adjusts the system to all possible angle differences using the system's hydraulics. 3. The plate with the cargo is pushed into the container. 4. The stopper plate lowers down and holds the load in place, meanwhile, the plate is pulled out from the container.
