The REA Electric Actuators have been expressly developed for applications that operate on quarter turn such as Ball, Butterfly, Plug valves, Dampers and the like. It displays a wide range of variation in output of torque control options that help accommodate specific requirements. It is compact and weighs less, thanks to high grade aluminium alloy housing. It is highly non-corrosive. This is because of hard anodizing on inside and outside and polyester coating on external surface. The durable o-ring system supplies water and the device is designed in a manner that makes it explosion proof. It is equipped with Standard 4 limit switches, a handwheel for manual operation, space heater with thermostat which prevents overheating, PCU, PIU and LED lamps on indicator that monitor valve position and operation. the mounting is very easy and is has a base that is compliant with ISO 5211 (F03/F05/F07) standard. It is very long lasting.
