Description
The AE-350PC Series, manufactured by SMT MAX® is a wave soldering machine. Wherein, it has a 4 IR preheated zones with a PID that is controlled in a measured <±2°C variation of temperature. It has a solder pot designed in titanium material with a controlled computer also in a temperature variation of <±2°C. In addition, it has a measured 350 mm on the width of the PCB along with a conveyed PCB in 750±20 mm for its height and 0~2m/min for its speed. Plus, it also has a measured length for the preheated in 1800 mm with a 4 preheating zones. It comes with a temperature of the preheating in a room to 200°C and a 12KW preheated power.
