AE-300DS has Hot air preheating, PID control, temperature variation <±2°C, Stainless solder pot, PID control, PCB rail, double waves as well as adjustable height. It also has option of cold air cooling and it can be connected directly to other equipment. It has a maximum PCB width of 300 mm and a PCB conveyor height of 760±10 mm and PCB conveyor speed of 0~1.8 m/min. It has a preheating length 1200 mm and preheating zones of 1 or more. It has an IR preheating mode and a preheating room temperature up to 200°C. AE-300DS has preheating power of 7.5 KW. Machine has wave solder pot power of 11 KW and a solder capacity of 350 kg and a solder pot room temperature up to 300°C. It has a temperature control of PLC standard, computer optional.
